Yapclub is a KL-based run club. Sign-ups, updates and merch all ran through a WhatsApp group — with no single place to register, pay, or buy.
Broadcast notifications in a WhatsApp group meant no reliable way to register for runs, take payments, or sell merch. Everything depended on someone reposting the message.
