This notice explains what I collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. Plain English, no legalese.

Who I am
RR TechLife is a one-person website studio based in Malaysia, run by Robbie Raj. If you have any questions about your data or this notice, email me at rr.techlife@gmail.com.
What I collect
I only collect what you choose to give me:
- •Contact form: your name, email address, what you're looking for, and any message you write.
- •Booking a call: when you book through Calendly, the details you enter there (name, email, and anything you add). This is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
- •Basic analytics: anonymous usage data (pages visited, rough location, device type) to understand what's working. No profiles, no ad tracking.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare for and run our call, and provide the services you ask about. That's it — I don't sell your data or send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who it's shared with
I use a small number of trusted tools to run the business — for example Calendly (scheduling), email hosting, and website analytics. Your information is only shared with these providers so they can perform their function, and never sold to anyone.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed to help you and to meet any legal or accounting obligations. If we don't end up working together, you can ask me to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email me and I'll sort it out.
Changes to this notice
If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top. If you use the site after that, the updated notice applies.
